Had to go back a little bit to cover all of the images posted, and this weeks winner is a beautiful image from Michael Calascibetta titled “Orange Glow.” Make sure to check out all of Michael’s work and see his beautiful color palette and attention to detail. This image is just gorgeous and full of light and serenity. Way to rays the bar Michael!

David Honor gives honor to our soldiers with “World War One Tribute.” The lighting is rich and very well done. The elements are put together to create a very pleasing composition that moves the eyes around the whole image to take in each wonderful object. Sharp work David!

Scott Engel goes wild with “Western Lowland Gorilla-Cassius.” Even when shooting wildlife, there is an added attraction when you can have interaction with the subject. Here Scott has masterfully captured the eyes and the personality of the gorilla with quite a degree of soulfulness. Scott is not monkeying around with this one.

Lisa Bagherpour creates a fairy tale with “Dragao Branco.” Lisa uploaded a bunch of wonderful imagery to her portfolio this week and this is just one example of her great compositing. Each image has a sense of wonder and romance that you will enjoy as your mind automatically starts to make wonderful stories to match the images. I am braggin’ on your dragon Lisa.

Argiemiller dresses for success with “Naz.” The lighting, the makeup and the outfit all work so well together to create an “eye catching” image that is unique and well crafted. The hair is both intriguing and perfect for framing the face and drawing you into a connection with the eyes. Flawless post-processing “leaves” me saying well done Argiemiller!
